I am Shelby Tagestad owner & cosmetic tattoo artist of Winks & Ink Studio. I’ve always had a love for makeup, art, and tattooing. Permanent makeup combines those passions into one. I love to boost other’s confidence and enhance their beautiful features through my artistry! 
I trained under award winning pmu artist Kristina Melnicenco of 5StarAcademy in 2017, Noveau Contour USA in 2019, and I'm always continuing my education. I am certified in ombre powder brows, advanced nano-needle hairstrokes, lashliner, classic eyeliner, softliner, stardust (eyeshadow) eyeliner, lip blushing, and Botched Ink ™️ saline tattoo removal for the face.
I live in downtown Fargo, ND with my best friend and love. In my free time I enjoy painting, photography, and music/going to concerts
